Have you seen the latest films and TV shows shot on location in Tahiti? There’s been some major movie industry buzz about these recent Tahitian films and TV shows. Of course we might be a bit partial to movies made in Tahiti, but we have a feeling that after watching any of the following you’ll soon be planning your trip to paradise.

Bravo TV: The Real Housewives of Orange County
The island of Bora Bora was chosen as the backdrop for Bravo TV’s primetime series, “The Real Housewives of Orange County.” Shot in February 2012, on the island of Bora Bora, the one-hour episode will showcase Four Seasons Resort Bora Bora’s beautiful grounds as well as our stunning island. The Bora Bora episode aired on Tuesday, June 12 at 9pm EST/PST on Bravo TV.


Giada in Paradise: Bora Bora
LOS ANGELES (February 8, 2012) The island of Bora Bora, was featured on the Cooking Channel’s primetime special, “Giada in Paradise” on January 15th, 2012 at 8pm EST/5pm. Shot in September 2011, the one-hour episode showcased several of Bora Bora’s hotels and beautiful grounds and acclaimed cuisine. In this episode, Chef Giada De Laurentiis takes viewers on a magical adventure exploring the French Polynesian island of Bora Bora, where the food is as inspired as the vibrant surroundings.

featured on E!'s hit show Keeping Up with the Kardashians

LOS ANGELES (August 17, 2011) The island of Bora Bora, located in the famed islands of Tahiti in the South Pacific and known for its world-renowned blue lagoon, will be featured in three episodes of E! 's hit show Keeping Up with the Kardashians. The Bora Bora episodes air on Sundays, August 21st and 28th and September 4th . The two-part finale airs Sunday, September 4th and Monday, September 5th at 10pm ET/PT on E! Keeping Up with the Kardashians is produced by Ryan Seacrest Productions and Bunim/Murray Productions.

The island of Bora Bora, with its world-renowned turquoise lagoons and endless beauty was chosen as the backdrop for the Macy's 2011 "Summer Fashion Book" and its "Journey" promotional campaign.


Rudy Maxa World Tahiti Rudy Maxa's World
Rudy Maxa shot two episodes of "Rudy Maxa's in French Polynesia. The programs were co-produced by Bleu Lagon productions and with the assistance from Tahiti Tourisme, Air Tahiti Nui, InterContinental French Polynesia, Paul Gauguin Cruise, Tahiti Pearl Market and La Maison de la Perle. Rudy Maxa's World television series are broadcast throughout North America on Public Television stations and the PBS lifestyle channel.


the bachelorette ABC's The Bachelorette
The islands of Tahiti, with their world-renowned blue lagoons and endless beauty, were chosen as the backdrop for The Bachelorette’s 2010 Season Finalé.
Bachelorette Ali Fedotowsky and the three remaining bachelors started their adventure to paradise on award-winning Air Tahiti Nui. Featuring some of the most romantic and beautiful locations on earth, the last two episodes were shot on the Tahitian islands of Taha’a and Bora Bora. READ MORE
