Polynesian Immersion by Lindsay

I pick up clients from their accommodation, we take a tour of the island in a mini Van (9 seats) then we go to my home, with my family we teach them how to cook our traditional dishes, raw fish in coconut milk, kaaku, fafa chicken, taro, uru and many other dishes. During the cooking time of the Ahimaa, we will do traditional activities, such as an introduction to Tahitian dance, a ukulele lesson, a painted pocket handkerchief workshop (like a pareo), making a head crown and much more. other activities as well. Then we will share the meal together around a table, like the Sunday morning tradition. We will finish at Temae beach then I will take them back to their accommodation.
