Mount Temehani the last refuge in the world of Tiare Apetahi, emblematic flower of Raiatea.
Mount Temehani is a mountain on the island of Raiatea. It is made up of two plateaus, the top of which reaches 1017 meters above sea level. Throughout the ascent to Mount Temehani it will be possible to see the neighboring islands Taha'a, Bora Bora, Maupiti and Huahine. It is also the last refuge of the Tiare Apetahi, emblematic and endemic plant of the island. It is strongly recommended to be in the company of an experienced guide to make your ascent.
