The Aranui 5, both a cargo ship and a cruise ship, sails from Tahiti to the Marquesas, through the Tuamotus and the Society Islands for 12 days.
Designed to offer all the comforts of a cruise ship, while operating as a supply ship, the Aranui 5 is classified as a small ship, accommodating 230 passengers with a total of 103 cabins.

The ship, the Aranui 5, is special in every way. This mixed cargo and passenger vessel, which entered service in 2015, combines the modern comforts and amenities of a cruise ship by taking its passengers to some of the most remote parts of Polynesia and providing cargo to small communities so far from civilization.
